Confirmation
• Is the humidifier filter correctly inserted in the tray?
• Is there a high level of alien particles in the
humidifier filter?
• Is it raining or is the indoor temperature too low?
• Is the room too wide?
• Is there water in the water tank?
• Is there a high level of alien particles in the
humidifier filter?
• Is the float hanging within the tray?
• Is the front panel open?
• Is the water tank or tray assembled correctly in the
main unit?
Procedures
• Assemble the humidifier filter hook and tray assembly
part by aligning them.
• Clean the humidifier filter.
If the filter is too dirty, replace the filter.
• The water in the water tank is decreasing slowly
because the humidifier amount is small.
• Use the product by referring to the applied area.
• Fill up water in the water tank.
• Clean the humidifier filter.
If the filter is too dirty, replace the filter.
• Even within the same space, the level of humidity can
vary based on the location of the product.
• Pull out and clean the tray and remove any scaling or
alien particles around the float.
• Close the front panel.
• Assemble the water tank or tray correctly in the main
unit.
