When I put my Tria Laser
Precision against my skin,
nothing happens.
IT'S POSSIBLE THAT
Your Tria Laser Precision
is locked.
Your Tria Laser Precision
is plugged into the
battery charger.
The treatment window
isn't completely in contact
with your skin.
The area you're trying to
treat is too small, curved,
or bony to treat.
HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT
The Tria Laser Precision
will lock when it's not in
use. Unlock your Tria Laser
Precision with the skin sensor
(see pages 12-13).
Your Tria Laser Precision will
not work when it is plugged
into the battery charger. Unplug
your Tria Laser Precision.
Confirm that the treatment
window is completely flat
against your skin.
Try again, pulling the skin
flat. If you can't get the entire
treatment window to touch
the treatment area, then the
Tria Laser Precision won't
work on that area.
