• Do not connect or disconnect the cables of non-USB
ports when the device is powered on. Otherwise, the
laptop may be damaged.
• When using external devices with high power
consumption such as USB OPTICAL disk drives,
please use the power adapter of external devices.
Otherwise, the device may not be recognized or the
system may shut down.
10. You cannot access the Internet through wireless
networks
• Restart the wireless router or access Settings to
restart the WLAN.
11. No response on the touchpad
• Make sure the laptop touchpad function is not
locked, go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices
> Touchpad > Off.
• Check whether the touchpad driver works properly.
• If the problem still does not resolve, please restart
the laptop.
