The door of the Asko DFI564D.AU dishwasher may not stay locked if the door lock has not clicked into place and locked. To resolve this:

1. Check the door lock to ensure it has clicked into place.
2. If it has not locked, open the door.
3. Press and hold the appropriate buttons until the display starts flashing.
4. Wait 60 seconds until the flashing stops.
5. Close the door and check that the door lock clicks into place and the dishwasher starts.

If the door still doesn’t lock, it may be a mechanical issue with the lock itself.
