PART 2: INSTALLER’S INSTRUCTIONS Attention: The installation itself must be performed by a qualifi ed person. These instructions are designed for a qualifi ed technician, the installation must comply with local and general regulations. It is required that the power supply should be disconnected while performing all works.
For a situation where the appliance is between two cupboards and the anti tilt chain cannot be fi tted we suggest securing by screwing through the both sides of the cupboards into the sides of the cooker. The screws should be fi tted as follows. Position the oven between the cupboards in it‘s fi nal position, then mark the location of the pilot hole inside the cupboard.
Connection of the feeding cable to the mains Connect the feeding cable to a plug suitable for the load indicated on the rating plate of the product. In case of a direct connection to the mains (cable without plug), it is necessary to insert a suitable omnipolar switch before the appliance, with minimum opening between contacts of 3 mm (the grounding wire should not be interrupted by the switch).
A. The Cooker can be connected with the cuprum material. Loosen the tie-in down and connect one terminal of the pipe with the gas elbow between 1 - 1.2m long. The hose should not be subjected to abrasion, kinking or permanent deformation and should be able to be inspected along its entire length. Unions compatible with the hose fi ttings must be used and connections tested for gas leaks.
When converting from Natural Gas to LPG ensure that the NG regulator is removed and replaced with the Test Point Assembly. A gas regulator suitable for a supply pressure of should be part of the gas tank supply and the test point pressure should be adjusted to the pressure according to the data plate.

PART 4: INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Description of the main parts of the appliance (gas cooking top side) WARNING: HOT SURFACE The appliance and its accessible parts become hot during use. You should take care to avoid touching the heating elements. It is required that access should be denied to children under 8, unless they are being supervised at all times.

Once the ignition has taken place, adjust the fl ame according to your needs. Advice on the use of gas burners For lower gas consumption and a better yield, use saucepans with diameter suitable for the burners, avoiding the fl ame coming up round the side of the saucepan (see the Container Table). Use only fl at-bottomed pans. As soon as a liquid starts to boil, turn the fl ame down to a level suffi cient to maintain boiling.
Electric oven control knob Each of the functions listed below can be used only together with the correct temperature. 8-Function Thermostat A control is used to select the various oven functions and to choose the cooking temperatures best corresponding to the food to be cooked. During oven operation the lamp will always remain on. The lamp of the oven is on, with no heating elements operated (electrical resistances).
FAN FORCED COOKING THERMOSTAT SELECTOR SWITCH FROM 60°C TO MAX The circular heating element and fan come into operation and the heat is spread evenly to all shelf positions. Various types of food can be cooked on diff erent shelves, naturally with the appropriate cooking times.

After a few seconds the timer starts the countdown, the display shows the countdown time, the symbol countdown timer 2 appears. By pressing the button 1 you can call up the current time indication for 5 seconds. After the end of the countdown the oven emits the double sound signals with interval of 2 seconds during two minutes.

After the end of the countdown the oven emits the triple sound signals with the interval of 2 seconds during two minutes to inform you that all processes in the oven are switched off . The symbol 2 will continue to fl ash after the end of emitting the sound signals.

• Turn the rotary handles of oven operating functions and of temperature regulator in the zero position. • Press any key to turn off the timer and the sound signals. The symbol 2 goes out. The display shows the current time. Attention! If you don't turn the rotary handles in the zero position after the switch off of the timer, the oven will continue to operate.

Set the cooking duration 4 (in our example – 30 minutes). Therefor you have to program the wanted end of cooking time. (see chapter «Setting cooking duration»). The symbol 5 appears on the display, that confi rms a successful programming of the cooking duration and the current time appears again.

The oven is in expectance state now. The current day time is displayed 4 (in our example 12:15). In our example the oven should be turned on at 12:25 (5) with the functions “Grill + Thermocirculation” and be turned off at 12:55 according to your setting. Attention! If you don't turn the rotary handles in the zero position after the switch off of the timer, the oven will continue to operate.
PART 5: INSTRUCTIONS FOR COOKING Oven cookings For a perfect cooking, it is necessary to pre-heat the oven to the preset cooking temperature. Only very fat meat can be placed into a cold oven. To minimse food splashes into the oven (which can produce smoke sometimes) deep baking dishes are recommended.

Gratinating By this term is meant the surface alteration of food, often pre-cooked, when, after being introduced into the oven, it takes a golden-brown and crisp aspect.¡Gnocchi alla romana¡,¡ polenta pasticciata” rice, lasagnas, noodles and vegetables dressed with bechamel are typical preparation for this type of cooking. PART 6: HELPFUL HINTS AND TIPS Do not use jet of steam for cleaning. Before any operation disconnect the appliance electrically. Wash the enamelled parts with lukewarm water and detergent. Do not use abrasive products. Wash the burner spreader frequently with boiling water and detergent make sure to remove any deposits which could block the fl ame outlet.
