To fix the media volume issue on the ZTE Blade A72 5G where videos have no sound, follow these steps:

1. Open Settings on your phone.
2. Tap Sound.
3. Adjust the media volume slider to increase the volume.
4. Check if Silent Mode or Do Not Disturb Mode is enabled and disable them if necessary.
5. Ensure that the video is not muted and the volume is turned up in the media player.

If the issue persists, restart the phone or try playing a different video to check if the problem is specific to one file or app.
