CellPhone connection icon, go to file and click on proprieties. This will
show how the connection is currently setup.
4. First verify that the correct modem is selected. Next click on Configure.
On the cellular connection, it is advisable to turn down the baud rate to
around 19200 bps. This will allow for a more stable connection. With baud
rates higher than 19200 bps, the modem has a hard time filtering out noise,
which actually either slows down the modem or disconnects it.
