Problem
The App cannot fre‐
quently connect to the
appliance.

Possible solution
Make sure that the wireless signal reaches the appliance. Try
to move the home router as near the appliance as possible or
consider purchasing a wireless range extender.
Make sure the wireless signal is not disrupted by microwave.
Turn the microwave off. Avoid using the microwave and the
remote control at the same time.
The appliance is downloading any available updates. Wait un‐
til the update process is complete. If you deactivate the appli‐
ance during update, it resumes when you activate the appli‐
ance again.
Make sure the levelling of the appliance is correct. Refer to
"Installation instruction".
Make sure that the packaging and/or the transit bolts are re‐
moved. Refer to "Installation instruction".
Add more laundry in the drum. The load may be too small.
The ProSense System is able to adjust the programme dura‐
tion according to the type and the laundry load size. Refer to
"The ProSense System load detection" in "Daily Use" chapter.
Increase the detergent quantity or use a different detergent.
Use special products to remove the stubborn stains before
you wash the laundry.
Make sure that you set the correct temperature.
Decrease the laundry load.
Make sure that no other type of detergent has been poured

Reduce the quantity of detergent or the number of tablets or
single-dose detergents.
Check if the water softener has been set to act also during

"The Water Softener (Soft Water)" chapter.
The appliance may need a water softener regeneration: run a
a Katoen or a Synthetica cycle. Refer to "Water softener re‐
generation" in "The Water Softener (Soft Water)" chapter.
Make sure that the LED lamp is not burned. To replace it, con‐
tact the Authorised Service Centre.
