PROBLEM
Cabinet is beeping
and displaying
a code
Cycle taking
too long
Water coming from
under the cabinet
TROUBLESHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Cabinet has a fault.
Fabric type selected not
appropriate for the load.
Cabinet is overloaded for
the cycle.
Water tank is full.
Environmental conditions
may be affecting operation.
Load overly wet at the
start of cycle.
Water tank not correctly
in place.
Water tank may need
to be emptied.
Water tank may
be damaged.
Drip tray may be full.
Cabinet door not closing
properly, affecting the seal.
WHAT TO DO
Try turning the cabinet off and waiting
one minute before turning it back on.
If the fault code persists contact
Customer Care. Refer to 'Fault codes'.
Ensure the fabric type selected is
appropriate for items in the load. Refer
to 'Cycle options'.
Some functions and fabric types have
a lower maximum capacity. Refer to
'Cycle options'.
Try splitting the load up into smaller
ones.
Water collects in the tank during the
function. This may need to be
DRY
emptied partway through the cycle if
it becomes full. Refer to 'Water tank'.
In particularly hot or cold conditions
cycles may take longer and be less
efficient.
Ensure the cabinet is installed in a
well-ventilated, dust-free environment.
Remove more water from the load
before placing it in the cabinet,
eg select a faster spin speed on your
washer, if appropriate for your load.
Ensure the water tank is correctly
in place.
Empty the water tank. Refer to 'Water
tank'.
Check the water tank for any signs
of damage.
Check drip tray and wipe out
any water.
Ensure there is nothing obstructing
the door opening and that the cabinet
door is closed properly.
