    540-062 Introduction The PI-9877 DC Power Supply sources 0–18 volts at up to 1 amp. You can use the Power Supply as a simple constant-voltage source, or take advantage of its advanced features to output periodic functions and custom pro- grams.

    Tutorial This tutorial will introduce you to the DC Power Supply. As you follow the steps, it will be helpful to measure and view the Power Supply’s voltage output. Here are three possible ways to do that: Use a data-acquisition program such as DataStudio with a voltage sensor. The sample waveforms shown in the tutorial were collected in this manner.

    DC P o we r S u p pl y Cu s to m P r o gr a m Custom Program The Power Supply’s custom program is a stored list of up to 99 voltage points. The Power Supply comes pre-loaded with a positive off-set sine wave program. If you change or erase this program, your changes will be remembered even if you turn the Power Supply off.
