1. SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure all Health and Safety, local authority and general workshop practice regulations are strictly adhered to when using
this equipment.
Familiarise yourself with the applications, limitations and potential hazards of this product.

Maintain the tank in good condition (use an authorised service agent).

Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Unauthorised parts will invalidate the warranty.

Use only with Diesel, Oil and Water.
9
Ensure safety eye protection and protective clothing are worn when using this product.

Keep the work area clean and uncluttered and ensure that there is adequate lighting.

Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.

Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
9
Dispose of waste liquids in accordance with local authority regulations.

DO NOT use the tank to transfer hazardous or harmful chemicals, solvents, petrol or acids.

DO NOT use the pump for any purpose other than for which it is designed.

Keep the tank clean and store in a safe, dry location when not in use.

2. INTRODUCTION
Manufactured from high-density polyethylene. 53L Capacity suitable for the distribution of Diesel, Oil and Water. Fitted with two roller wheels,
hose holder and vent valve. Gravity fed system features a 3m delivery hose and manual dispensing nozzle. Designed for on site and marina
locations. Not suitable for petrol.

4. OPERATION
4.1.
Connect delivery tube to Tank Stop Valve (fig.1).
4.2.
Open Tank Stop Valve and Hose Stop Valve.
4.3.
Open Vent Screw on filler cap (fig.1).
4.4.
Squeeze the Pump Lever to begin fluid flow.
4.5.
Release the Pump Handle to stop the flow.
4.6.
After use, close both stop valves and the Vent Screw.
5. MAINTENANCE
5.1.
Check the tightness of all fittings regularly and tighten if necessary.
5.2.
Keep the pump unit clean to highlight any leaks which may develop in service.
