Formatting the memory card
A memory card formatted on a computer may not be compatible with the device. Format the
memory card on the device.
On the Home screen, tap
Format SD card → Erase everything.
Before formatting the memory card, remember to make backup copies of all
important data stored on the device. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover loss
of data resulting from user actions.
Replacing the S Pen nib
While using the S Pen, the S Pen nib may get dull. If the nib is dull, replace it with a new one.

Hold the nib with the tweezers firmly, and then pull it out.

Insert a new nib into the S Pen until you hear a click.
→ Settings → General → Storage → Format SD card →
