Remove the camera module

Make sure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the LCD unit" on page 37
"Remove the strip cover" on page 39
"Remove the hinge rubber" on page 40
"Remove the LCD module" on page 40
Step 1. Remove the camera aluminum (AL) foil.
