• While in operation, the pilot flame should be steady. If any part of the log heater is in need of replacing, use only original ALVA parts. Using any other spare parts is dangerous and will void the warranty. When the log heater is not going to be used for an extended period of time, keep covered or in its box, to prevent dust from settling on the logs. -
