  • Page 9 VERIFICHE PRELIMINARI E AVVERTENZE IMPORTANTI SULL’INSTALLAZIONE Prima di passare all' installazione si consiglia di verificare: 1. la solidità delle strutture esistenti (colonne, cerniere, ante) in relazione alle forze sviluppate dal motore. 2. che vi siano dei fermi meccanici di adeguata robustezza a fine apertura e fine chiusura delle ante. 3.

C) i modelli BLADE adottano un sistema interno per limitare meccanicamente la corsa, sono dei blocchi regolabili e indipendenti (particolare 11 e 14 di fig. A) uno in apertura e uno in chiusura. Adottare questi fermi interni può essere interessante quando non esistono, o non è possibile limitare in altri modi, la corsa dell’anta.

    ENCODER I motori sono tutti forniti di encoder: un sensore che rileva tutte le variazioni di velocità e permetta alla centrale Cardin di gestire con precisione i rallentamenti e riconoscere ostacoli e battute di fine-corsa. Dove possibile si consiglia sempre questo collegamento aggiuntivo, tenendo presente che tutte le garanzie di corretto funzionamento dell’encoder sono limitate ai prodotti Cardin.

  • Page 13 CONTRÔLES PRÉLIMINAIRES ET AVERTISSEMENTS IMPORTANTS CONCERNANT L'INSTALLATION Avant de procéder à l'installation, il est conseillé de vérifier : 1. la solidité des structures existantes (colonnes, charnières, vantaux) par rapport aux puissances développées par le moteur. 2. La présence d'arrêts mécaniques d'une robustesse adaptée en fin d'ouverture et fermeture des vantaux. 3.
  • Page 14 RÉGLAGE DES FINS DE COURSE MÉCANIQUES (fig. C) Les modèles BLADE sont équipés d'un système interne permettant de limiter mécaniquement la course : il s'agit de blocs réglables et indépendants (détails 11 et 14 de la fig. A), un en ouverture et un en fermeture. Il peut être intéressant d'installer ces butées intérieures quand elles n'existent pas ou qu'il n'est pas possible de limiter la course du vantail par d'autres moyens.

    Les moteurs sont tous munis d'un encodeur : un capteur qui détecte toutes les variations de vitesse et permet à la logique de commande Cardin de gérer avec précision les ralentissements et de reconnaître les obstacles et les butées de fin de course.

C) Los modelos BLADE pueden incorporan un sistema interior para limitar mecánicamente la carrera, son topes regulables e independientes (detalles 11 y 14 de la fig. A); uno es de apertura y otro de cierre. Utilizar estos topes interiores podría ser útil cuando no exista o no fuera posible limitar de otra manera la carrera de la hoja.

  • Page 21 PRELIMINARY CHECKS AND IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES FOR INSTALLATION Before proceeding with installation, checks should be made on: 1. the solidity of the existing structure (posts, hinges and leafs) in relation to the force generated by the motor. 2. the provision of mechanical stops of suitable strength at the ends of the gate opening and closing strokes. 3.
  • Page 22 MECHANICAL STOPS ADJUSTMENT (fig. C) Models BLADE feature an internal system for mechanical stroke limitation composed of adjustable and independent stops (parts 11 and 14 in fig. A), one for the opening stroke and one for the closing stroke. Using these internal stops can be convenient when there are no stroke end stops or when there is no other way to limit the stroke of the gate leaf.

    ENCODER The actuators are all equipped with an encoder: a sensor that detects all speed changes and allows the Cardin control unit to manage slowing down stages precisely and detect obstacles and stroke end stops.

Die Solidität der vorhandenen Strukturen (Pfosten, Scharniere, Flügel) im Verhältnis zu den Kräften überprüfen, die vom Motor erzeugt werden. 2. Es müssen geeignete robuste mechanische Anschläge am Öffnungs- und Schließungsende der Flügel vorhanden sein. 3.

DE INSTALLATIE Alvorens de installatie uit te gaan voeren, wordt aangeraden het volgende te controleren: 1. of de bestaande structuren (zuilen, scharnieren, vleugels) stevig genoeg zijn voor de door de motor ontwikkelde krachten. 2. of er voldoende robuuste mechanische eindaanslagen van de openings- en sluitbeweging van de vleugels zijn. 3.

C) De modellen BLADE hebben een intern systeem waarmee de beweging mechanisch wordt beperkt, dit zijn verstelbare en onafhankelijke blokkeringen (detail 11 en 14 van afb. A), één op de openingsbeweging en één op de sluitbeweging. Gebruik van deze interne stops kan interessant zijn wanneer er geen blokkeringen aanwezig zijn of wanneer het niet mogelijk is om de beweging van de vleugel op andere manieren te beperken.
