If your Inspire SLEEP REMOTE 2580 shows a communication error when uploading data, try the following:

1. Move away from potential sources of electromagnetic interference.
2. Wait for the success tone if the remote is updating the generator; this may take several seconds.
3. Make sure the sleep remote is positioned properly over the generator with the Therapy On button facing away from you.
4. If communication fails after 10 seconds, the remote will beep rapidly three times; reposition and try again.
