Preparing for use

  1. Open the remote control's battery compartment, place two AAA batteries according to the diagram inside the compartment and close the battery compartment.
  2. Connect the AC power cord to the AC IN socket at back of the radio and insert the plug into a wall socket (100-240 V ~ 50/60 Hz).

  3. If this is the first time that you use your radio (or after a factory reset), complete the radio's initial setup by following on-display instructions of the radio's Setup Wizard.

  4. After completing the Setup Wizard, your radio is ready for use.

Notes:

  • In order to use the internet functionality Start now? Setup wizard of the WFT-4, it must be connected to a completed network that has internet access during the Setup Wizard.
  • All the functions can be controlled via the provided remote control or the UNDOK App. Download and install the UNDOK app for your device by searching for "UNDOK" in Apple's App Store or Android Google Play Store.

  • When using the UNDOK app, make sure your radio and phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and do not press any of the radio's buttons while connecting to avoid interrupting the connection process.

General operation

  1. Press the Power button to turn on the radio.
  2. Press the Mode button, then rotate the Tuning knob to select the desired operating mode. Press the Tuning knob to confirm your choice.

  3. Press the Menu button to access the menu system of each mode. Highlight the menu item using the Tuning knob. Press the Tuning knob to select that item.
  4. Pressing the Back button will go back to a higher level menu.
  5. The Info button allows the display of information relating to the radio station or music file being played. Press the Info button to cycle through the different options.
  6. In the FM mode, rotate the Tuning knob to increase / decrease the frequency with steps of 0.05MHz or rotate the Tuning knob and then press it to automatically scan for the next radio station with a higher / lower frequency.
    Alternatively, press and hold the Tuning up or Tuning down button on the remote control for 2 seconds then release to automatically scan for the next radio station with a higher or lower frequency.
    Press the Tuning up or Tuning down button on the remote control to fine-tune the frequency with steps of 0.05MHz if needed.
  7. Storing a preset: To store the currently playing radio station as a preset, press and hold one of the radio's Preset buttons (1- 5) until the display shows "Preset stored" to store the station under the corresponding preset number. If another station has already been stored under the chosen preset number, that station will be overwritten.

    Alternatively, press and hold the required Preset button (1-10) on the remote control until the display shows "Preset stored". The station will be stored using the chosen preset button.

  8. Recalling a preset: Simply press and release one of the radio's Preset buttons (1-5) to recall the corresponding preset.
    Alternatively, momentarily press the required Preset button (1-10) on the remote control. Your radio will then tune to the station stored in the selected preset memory.
  9. Press the Mute button to mute / unmute the audio output.
