1. SAFETY WARNINGS

ො This appliance is not intended for being used by children from 0 to 8 years old. This
appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety. Children should not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and maintenance shall not be performed by children.
ො For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) having
a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA is advisable in the electrical
circuit. Ask your installer for advice.
ො If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid risks, it should be replaced by the
manufacturer, maintenance department or similar sector professionals.
ො This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or sepa-
rate remote-control system.
ො Only the appropriate connector must be used.
ො Do not use attachments not recommended or supplied for this product.
ො Disconnect the appliance from the power supply if it is left unattended and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
ො Keep the diffuser out of the reach of the children.
ො Do not move it when it is filled with water. Do not fill it with water when in use. Do
not exceed the maximum water level line.
ො Place the unit on a stable, level surface. Do not block the steam outlet.
ො Unplug the power supply during maintenance. Do not use the device if the cord is
damaged.
ො Clean the water tank weekly.
ො When not in use, remove the water from the tank.
ො Before adding water and cleaning, first disconnect from the power outlet.
