4.3. Quick Start

1 . This function allows you to start training immediately, time is counted from the beginning of the training.
During training the monitor displays the following values: WATT / RPM + Heart Rate / Speed / RPM /
Distance / Calories.
2 . The icon on the display symbolizes the user and changes its position every 0.1 kilometer (or 0.1 mile).
3 . Press the START / STOP button to stop training. When you stop your training, the STOP icon on the
screen will flash.The calculation of the training parameter values will be paused (the values will remain
on the display).
4 . During training: knob, MODE, RESET and ENTER buttons are deactivated.
5 . When you stop your training, press RESET to return to the training settings selection.

4.4. Training mode selection

Use the knob to select a training mode: Target Time / Target Distance / Target Calories / Target WATT /
Target H.R. / WATT Program.
Target Time – time countdown mode
1 . Display will show the default time 10:00. Use the knob to change the
default time value and set your own training target. Press START /
STOP to start training.
2 . Training time will countdown from the value set by the user. During
training, the monitor displays the following values: WATT / RPM + Heart
Rate / Speed / RPM / Distance / Calories.
3 . The icon on the display symbolizes the user and changes its position
every 1/5 of the specified training time.
4 . Press the START / STOP button to stop training.
5 . When you stop your training, the STOP icon on the screen will flash.
The calculation of the training parameter values will be paused (the
values will remain on the display).
6 . During training: knob, MODE, RESET and ENTER buttons are
deactivated.
7 . When you stop your training, press RESET to return to the training
settings selection .
Target Distance – distance countdown mode
1 . Display will show the default time 10:00. Use the knob to change the
default time value and set your own training target. Press START / STOP
to start training .

the monitor displays the following values: WATT / RPM + Heart Rate /
Speed / RPM / Distance / Calories.
3 . The icon on the display symbolizes the user and changes its position every
