GB Computer handling
The icon displayed on the right side of the screen symbolizes the user. The position of the icon displays the progress
of the training. It changes depending on the selected program (each time after 1/5 of training, e.g. in the countdown
mode or every 0.1 km in the Target WATT mode).
The icon displayed on the left side of the screen symbolizes a trainer in the WATT program. The position of the trainer
icon helps in assessing the training and progress of the user.
The stop icon will flash when training is stopped. The training parameter counting will be stopped. The values will be
STOP
shown on the display during training break.
TIME
Displays training time in the range 0:00–99:59.
WATT
Displays the amount of energy generated during exercise. Range 0–999. Setting range (by user) from 10-350.
Displays your heart rate level during exercise. When the user's heart rate exceeds the set target value, the monitor
HART RATE
will alert you with a sound signal.
SPEED
Displays your current speed during exercise. Range 0.0–99.9.
RPM
Displays the number of revolutions per minute in the range 0 to 999.
DISTANCE
Display the current distance during training in the range 0.0 to 99.9.
CALORIESS
Displays calories burned during training. From 0 to 999.
Caution: Pulse measurement results cannot be considered as medical data and used for diagnostic purposes.

Confirms the selected settings.
Used to reset the computer (press this button for 2 seconds) and to return to the main menu (press this button while
