Welcome
This TurboStart contains step-by-step instructions that will quickly introduce you to the TD-3's major features.
Making Audio Connections
- Confirm that the power is off on the TD-3, and turn down the volume of your amp, mixer, or PA etc.
- With standard instrument cables, connect the L (MONO) and R OUTPUT on the TD-3's rear panel to a pair of inputs on your amp, mixer or PA. If your amp is mono, connect the L(MONO) OUTPUT only. If you prefer, connect your headphones to the TD-3's PHONES output instead.
- The TD-3 has a MIX IN jack for connecting a CD or MiniDisc (MD) player so you can play along with your favorite music. For this connection, use a stereo mini cable. Connect one end to the TD-3 MIX IN, and the other end to the headphone output on the CD/MD player.
- After the connections have been made, turn on the TD-3, and then turn up its VOLUME knob.
