The shaver is a washable appliance. The head
assembly part may be cleaned under warm water.
*Only for models PR1260 and PR1285.
NOTE: **When cleaning your shaver,
make sure the shaver is turned off and
disconnected from the power cord.**
CAUTION!
■ To clean the external surfaces of the
shaver, use a damp cloth. Do not use
strong detergents or other chemicals.
■ To dry, wipe the surface of the shaver
with a dry towel. Do not use a hair
dryer or heater to dry the shaver.
■ The shaver should not be used until it
has dried.
Daily:
1. Press the release
button on front of
shaver and open the
hair pocket assembly.

2. Tap out excess hair
shavings. (Dia O)
3. Models PR1260
and PR1285, only:
rinse the head of the
shaver in running
water. NEVER
submerge the shaver
body in water!
4. Close hair pocket
assembly. (Dia P)
Weekly:
1. Perform the daily
cleaning steps
1 & 2.

2. Remove the cover
from the hair pocket
assembly. (Dia Q)
Place the body of
the shaver aside to
ensure that it will
not get wet.
3. Hold the cutter
assembly so that
the blue cutter is
facing towards you.
Slide the inner cutter
carrier away from the
blue cutter to release
it from the assembly.

4. Remove the inner
cutter carrier away
from the cutters.
5. Remove the cutters.
(Dia S)
6. Thoroughly rinse
away any debris
from inner and outer
cutters. (Dia T)
7. Replace the inner
cutters. For best
performance, match
color coded hubs on
cutters. (Dia U)
8. Place the inner cutter carrier back into
position and lock into place. (Dia V)
9. Lubricate each cutter with household oil.
10. Align the spring hinge into the slot at
the back of the hair pocket and press
into place. Snap the head assembly
closed. (Dia P)
