Diagnosis
Wires not connected properly.
Amplifier has no output.
Speaker wires are shorted to each
other or to the chassis of vehicle.
Speakers are blown.
Incorrect wiring between crossover and

Excessive power from amplifier
Equalizer (if available) has excessive
boost in the high frequency range
Wires shorted to chassis of vehicle.
Speaker wires are routed near high
power source. (Power cables,
vehicle computers, etc.)
