    All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com ASSEMBLY Assembly requires two persons. Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Note: The underside of the treadmill walking belt is coated with high-performance lubricant.
  • Page 7 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com 1. Make sure that the power cord is unplugged. With the help of a second person, carefully tip the treadmill onto its left side. Partially fold the Hole Frame (53) so that the treadmill is more stable; do not fully fold the Frame yet.
  • Page 8 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com 3. Press a Base Cap (85) into the Base (60). Identify the Right Upright (79) and the Right Upright Spacer (83), which are marked with “Right” stickers. Insert the Upright Wire (86) Wire Tie through the Right Upright Spacer as shown.

Partially fold the Frame (53) so that the treadmill is more stable; do not fully fold the Frame yet. Remove and discard the two indicated bolts (A) and the shipping bracket (B).

Make sure that the 3/8" x 4 3/4" Bolt (112) stays inside the resistance mechanism and that the resistance mecha- nism does not come apart. Have a second person hold the Right Handrail (105) near the Right Upright (79). Hole Insert the Upright Wire (86) into the bottom of the Right Handrail (105) and pull it out of the hole in the top of the Right Handrail.
