- Page 2 Battery compartment: Attach the rear derailleur to the frame. insert the battery inside the compartment in the top tube. Attach the front derailleur. The necessary cable-length is 1200mm. Fissare il cambio posteriore al telaio. Alloggiamento batteria: Fissare il deragliatore. inserire la batteria all’interno del tubo orizzontale. Lunghezza cavo 1200mm.
- Page 3 Cut the steerer tube to desired length Assemble the brake pivots. and insert the compression-plug. Insert the spring and tighten the front aluminium screws (4Nm). Tagliare la forcella, inserire il ragno all’interno del cannotto. Assemblare i pivot del freno. Inserire la molla e avvitare le viti anteriori in ergal (4Nm). Front brake: Route the cables and housing fix the brass slide to the frame (3Nm tightening torque).
- Page 4 Cut the front brake Assemble the rear brake. housing 2cm past the exit. Assemblare il freno posteriore. Tagliare la guaina del freno anteriore 2 cm oltre l’uscita. Secure the front brake cable. Handlebar: mount the shims up to the desired height Adjust the screw to eliminate play.
- Page 5 Assemble the extensions and set them Fit both the stem and front brake covers at the desired position. with the supplied M3 screws (tightening torque 2Nm). Montare le estensioni e ruotarle nella posizione desiderata. Montare la cover dell’attacco manubrio e del freno anteriore con le viti M3 in dotazione (coppia di serraggio 2Nm).
