This product is sold with a 120 day sa isfac ion guarantee, if you are not
completely sa is ied with the product a ter using it for 120 days you can
simply return the product for a refund. In order to return the product, please
email support@homedics.co.uk or call 01732 378557 to be issued with a
returns authorisa ion.
The 120 day sa isfac ion guarantee is valid on all products that are returned
at least 120 days a ter purchase and no more than 200 days a ter purchase
with the original receipt, only 1 claim per household will be accepted.
HoMedics Group Limited reserves the right to return units with expired
cartridges without refund. Any returns received outside of the valid refund
window are not eligible for a refund. Any request to return items to the
sender if they later realise they have not met these condi ions will be at the
sender's expense. This does not a fect your statutory rights.
