GET DIGITAL DATA agrees to defend, indemnify and hold END USER, its officers, directors, agents and employees, harmless against all costs, expenses and losses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) incurred through claims of third parties against END USER based on a breach by GET DIGITAL DATA of any representation and warranty made in this Agreement.

    Thank you for purchasing the Player. This product will play mp3 and Windows Media™ audio (WMA) content. RCA easyRip™ Media Software, lets you import music files from CDs and other sources, organize your music library, and transfer unprotected MP3 and WMA files to and from this player.

    Deleting files from the player You may delete any files transferred to the player. 1. Connect the player to your computer. 2. Open the player in Windows Explorer and then navigate to the folder containing the files. 3. Select the files you want to remove and then press the Delete key on the keyboard of your PC. Disconnecting the player from the PC Windows will show the player as a removable disk: 1.

Next find and open the drive letter associated with the player (i.E. RCA MP3) and then double-click the rcaeasyrip_setup file to launch the installer.
