Image Quality/Size
REC Mode
You can select your desired image quality for AVCHD movies.
Frame Rate
You can select the frame rate to be used to record AVCHD movies.
Dual Video REC
You can set the dual recording mode (recording an MP4 movie during movie recording) to on or off.

You can select a size for the photos you are going to shoot.
