Pre-Installation PLANNING INSTALLATION Read all instructions before assembly. To avoid damaging this product, assemble it on a soft, non-abrasive surface such as carpet or cardboard. Inspect each part for defects that may have occurred during shipping. Keep your receipt and these instructions for proof of purchase. NOTE: This lamp requires the use of one 120V, 60HZ, 150-Watt max, medium-base type A bulb and one 120V, 60HZ, 60-Watt max, medium-base type A bulb (not included). -

Assembly instructions Unpack the lamp and assemble lower pole □ Carefully organize and place all parts on a smooth, flat surface. line up all of the parts according to the assembly diagram. □ Screw the lower pole (F) to top of the base (G). - Page 5 Assembly instructions (continued) Assemble the upper pole assembly □ Pull the excess power cord through the base (G). □ Screw the upper pole assembly (C) to top of the middle pole (E). Assemble the shades □ Remove two socket rings (A) from the sockets by unscrewing the socket Upper socket rings (A).
- Page 6 Assembly instructions (continued) Install the bulbs □ Prior to installing the bulbs, inspect the sockets for silica packets. If packet is present, then remove and throw away. Do not expose it to children or pets. □ Install a 120V, 60HZ, 150-watt max. medium-base type A bulb (not included) into the upper socket of the light lamp.

This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
