The igniter does not make a clicking sound when attempting to light. I checked the battery polarity. I was able to to get the firepit lit with a secondary flame source. Can you do something besides changing out the igniter box?

I have a veranda by foremost fire pit and the control panel where the knob fits rusted over and so we can’t get the gas on. How do I buy replacement parts? Thanks
