Required core drill motor A LISSMAC core drill motor must be installed in the core drilling stand so that the core drilling stand can be operated. The core drill motors can be purchased from the manufacturer.
DESCRIPTION OF PERFORMANCE The CDR 372 / CDR 572 are designed to be robust core drilling stands for powerful, daily professional use on the construction site. The CDR series is attractive due to its universal operating options from the left, right, or back of the drilling stand. The feed axes are conveniently accessible from any position using the hand crank cross or the open-ended and ratchet ring wrench.
1.1.4 The LISSMAC Core Drilling Stand is used as a guiding and fastening aid for a LISSMAC Core Drill Motor. A LISSMAC Core Drill Motor with a diamond core bit approved for it must be used for drilling.
1.2.8 Only use original replacement parts from the manufacturer! 1.2.9 Keep intervals for service work which are specified or given in the operating manual! Workshop equipment suitable for the work is absolutely necessary for performing maintenance actions. 1.3. Personnel choice and personnel qualification; basic responsibilities 1.3.1 Only qualified personnel 18 years of age or older may operate the machine independently.
Electrical work may only be carried out by qualified electricians. 1.4.3.8 Only use suitable and tested diamond tools in combination with the LISSMAC Core Drill Motor. 1.4.3.9 For protection before acceleration, move the depth setting slowly into the solid floor. Avoid any contact with the running tool.
1.4.4. Special work while using the machine 1.4.4.1 Follow all setup, maintenance, and inspection activities and schedules prescribed by the operating manual, including all information about the replacement of parts / assemblies! 1.5. Packaging and Storage To ensure sufficient protection during shipping and transport, the machine and its components are carefully packaged. When receiving the machine, the machine should be checked for damage. The packaging of the device consists of materials which can be recycled. Put these by type into the relevant recycling containers, so that they can be recycled properly.

COMMISSIONING - ASSEMBLY AND SETTINGS 3.1. Securing the core drilling stand For wall or ceiling holes the core drilling stand must never be secured only by drop-in anchors or vacuum Danger! fastening, but always additionally with suitable lifting gear or a quick clamp column, for example. 3.1.1.

OPERATION Danger! The safety instructions of the core drilling stand must absolutely be complied with. The operating manual of the core drill motor must be observed. Before each operation the core drilling stand must be checked for perfect condition and secure fastening.
