Cause
The water heater is off.
There is no supply voltage.
The hot water supply is used up.
The controller is in the OFF mode.

Contact your service and maintenance engineer if the error persists.
Cause
Sensor is not (correctly) connected
Damaged cable and/or defective sensor
Measure
Turn on the water heater (see section 4.1).
Make sure that:
the control switch is set to I.
the isolator is in ON position.
there is power on the isolator.
there is power to the electrical connector
block.
The measured voltage must be
230 V
(-15%, +10%).
AC
Reduce the hot water consumption. Wait
until the water heater heats up.
Set the controller in the ON mode.
Set the temperature (T

Make sure that the gas type corresponds
with the information on the rating plate
Make sure if the venturi restrictor has the
correct diameter, refer to Gas details.
Remove any contamination from the venturi
inlet.
Make sure that the flexible venturi
connector is not damaged.
If necessary replace the flexible venturi
connector
Make sure that the flexible venturi
connector is correctly connected.
If necessary, tighten the clamp.
Make sure that the CO
2
in the flue gas outlet is correct, refer to
CO
value.

Make sure that the CO
2
in the air inlet is below 0.5 vol%.
If necessary, reconnect the venting
system and change the necessary seals.
Measure
Connect the sensor lead to JP3
Replace the cable and/or sensor
