SAFETY REGULATIONS
• Read all the instructions before using the device.
• Do not allow children to use the device. Supervise children to ensure that
they do not play with the device. This device is not intended for use by per-
sons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge.
• To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the device is
used near children.
• The device is intended to be used at a temperature above zero degrees.
• It is recommended to use ear protectors while operating the device.
• Do not use the device within close proximity to other people unless they are
wearing protective clothing.
• Do not spray flammable liquids. There is a risk of explosion.
• The high-pressure hoses, fittings and couplings are important for the safety
of the device. Use only hoses, fittings and couplings recommended by the man-
ufacturer.
• To ensure the device is safe, use only original spare parts from the manufac-
turer or approved by the manufacturer.
• Water that has flown through the backflow preventers is considered to be
non-potable.
• Disconnect the device from its power source by removing the plug from the
socket during cleaning or maintenance and when changing the nozzle.
• Keep at least 30 cm away from the surface when using the device to clean
painted surfaces to avoid damaging the paintwork.
• Do not use the device if the supply cord or other important parts of the device
are damaged, e.g. safety locks, high-pressure hoses, spray gun.
• Unsuitable extension cords can be dangerous. If you use an extension cord, it
must be suitable for outdoor use, and you must keep the connection dry and off
the ground. It is recommended that this is accomplished by means of a cord reel
which keeps the socket at least 60 mm above the ground. Use only 3-wire exten-
sion cords that are intended for outdoor use. Use only extension cords that have
an electrical rating not less than the rating of the device. Do not use damaged
extension cords. Examine the extension cord before using and replace it if it is
damaged. Unsuitable extension cords can be dangerous. Do not abuse the ex-
tension cord and do not yank the cord to disconnect it. Keep the cord away from
heat and sharp edges. Always disconnect the extension cord from the socket be-
fore disconnecting the device from the extension cord.
• In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertently resetting the thermal cut-out,
do not attach this device to the electricity supply through an external switching
device, such as a timer, or a circuit that is regularly switched on and off.

• According to the applicable regulations, the device must never be used on
the drinking water network without a system separator. Ensure that the connec-
tion of your building's water installation on which the high-pressure washer is
operated is equipped with a system separator pursuant to EN 12729 Type BA.
• To ensure device safety, use only original spare parts from the manufactur-
er or approved by the manufacturer. Do not use the device before you have
changed the parts if they are damaged.
• Beware of the danger of the kickback force when opening the spray gun and
grasp the gun firmly.
• Make sure you know how to stop the device and release the pressure quickly.
Familiarise yourself thoroughly with the controls.
• Stay alert and watch what you are doing.
• Do not operate the device when fatigued or under the influence of alcohol or
medication.
• Keep the operating area clear of all persons.
• Do not overreach or stand on unstable ground. Keep good footing and bal-
ance at all times.
• Follow the maintenance instructions specified in the manual.
• This device must be grounded. If it has a malfunction or breakdown, ground-
ing provides a path of least resistance for electric current, to reduce the risk of
electric shock. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate socket that is
properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local regulations. The
voltage (V/Hz) of the device must be in compliance with the local power rating.
• Check with a qualified electrician or service personnel if you are in doubt as to
whether the socket is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with
the device. If it will not fit the socket, have a proper socket installed by a quali-
fied electrician. Do not use any type of adapter with this device.
• To reduce the risk of electrocution, do not start and run the device in the rain
or in a storm. Keep all connections dry and off the ground. Do not touch the plug
with wet hands. It is strictly prohibited to let water leak into the device.
• When the device is turned on, the interior pump starts and continues to run
even if the spray gun trigger has not been pressed. Running the device for more
than 3 minutes without pressing the spray gun trigger could cause heat damage
to the motor and pump. Please do not leave the device running unattended or
unused for more than 3 minutes.
• When the device is running, please maintain a constant water supply. Not
having water circulation will damage the seals of the device.
• This device has been designed to use only clean water. Do not use corrosive
chemicals or dirty water.
• High-pressure washers can be dangerous if sub-
jected to misuse. The spray gun must not be direct-
ed at persons, animals, live electrical equipment or
the device itself.
• Do not direct the spray gun at yourself or others
in order to clean clothes or footwear.
• Disconnect the device from the power supply before carrying out user main-
tenance.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, or its
service agent or similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard.
• Be aware of the kickback caused by the spray gun when the device is switched
on.
• Make sure that the pressure of the incoming water is between 0.01 MPa and
0.4 MPa. The inlet hose should at least 5m long. Do not use the hose if it is dam-
aged.
APPLICATION
The high-pressure washer is a highly specialised multifunctional device that is
exceptionally reliable and safe. It may be used to wash and clean cars, bikes and
other outdoor equipment or, greenhouses, etc.
Helpful hints for getting started
Automatic on/off:
The motor on this high-pressure washer does not run continuously. It only runs
when the trigger of the spray gun is squeezed. See the Operating Instructions
section in this manual for further details.
Releasing pressure and water from the spray gun:
It is very important to release pressure and water from the spray gun before
using the high-pressure washer. Squeeze the trigger to allow any air that is
trapped inside the device and hose to escape. Continue to squeeze the trigger
until a steady stream of water comes from the nozzle. (This process may take up
to 2 minutes.) See the Operating Instructions section for this process.
