The Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2016 features the multi-award winning Razer™
Mechanical Switches which were designed from the ground up to elevate the speed
and responsiveness of the Razer BlackWidow gaming keyboard beyond the capabilities
of previous generation mechanical switches.
Tested and validated by the world's top eSports athletes in some of the most
demanding tournaments, the Razer Mechanical Switches have an optimal actuation
distance for gaming precision and enhanced tolerance yields for faster commands
compared to standard mechanical switches which were traditionally developed for

    6. USING YOUR RAZER BLACKWIDOW ULTIMATE 2016 Pressing the “FN” key in combination with the function keys will activate their secondary features on your PC. For Mac OS X, you do not need to press the “FN” key to activate the secondary features however, you will need to install Synapse first before you can use these secondary features.

This tab allows you to customize your device’s profiles and key assignments.

  • Page 14 Key Assignment Menu Initially, each key is set to DEFAULT. However, you may change the function of this key by clicking the desired key to access the Key Assignment Menu. Listed below are the customization options and their description. Default This option enables you to return the key to its original function.

This tab also allows you to have numerous macros and extremely long macro commands at your disposal. From the Heatmaps tab, click the Share button on the bottom right of the screen. You will be prompted to login to the selected social media using an existing account if you have not already done so.

  • Page 34 MAINTENANCE AND USE The Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2016 requires minimum maintenance to keep it in optimum condition. Once a month we recommend you unplug the device from the computer and clean it using a soft cloth or cotton swab with a bit of warm water to prevent dirt buildup.
