Target group

2.1.1 Necessary qualifications of the service technicians
Only trained service technicians are authorised to install the
circulation pump, put it into service and subject it to main-
tenance and repairs.
Service technicians are electricians with the appropriate qua-
lifications, which means they are able to assess the work
assigned to them and recognise potential risks on the basis of
their technical training as well as their knowledge of the rele-
vant standards. This includes knowledge of relevant accident
prevention regulations, generally approved safety rules, EU
directives and country-specific standards and provisions.
