  • Page 12 LOCK-OUT SWITCH 1. The lock-out switch (1) is a safety device designed to reduce the possibility of a user accidentally starting the saw. (Figure 2) 2. This switch must be pressed before the trigger (2) switch can be squeezed. NOTE: The lock-out switch can be pressed from either the left or right side of the handle.
