TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Make sure that the power adapter is fully
inserted into the power port on the back of
air purifier and is also plugged into the wall
outlet.
Re-install the filters and the filter cover
correctly.
Check with a good appliance or lamp. Be sure
the power adapter plug is fully plugged into a
good wall outlet.

(CA) for assistance.
Remove the plastic packaging.
Remove the foreign objects.
Tap
to change fan speed.
Remove the foreign objects.
If the room is larger than 250 ft² / 23 m², air
purification will take longer. The air purifier
may not be as effective in larger rooms. Close
doors and windows while using the air purifier.
Replace the filters (See page 6 for instructions
on how to order new filters).
