Troubleshooting

The appliance does not heat. The indicator
light does not light up.
– The overheating protection has tripped.
■ Let the kettle cool down for a while so
that the appliance can be switched on
again.
The appliance switches off before the
boiling process ends.
– Build-up of limescale in the appliance.
■ Descale the appliance according to the
instructions.
