Installing the Van Box Shelf
1.
Open the van box doors.
2.
Secure the 4 brackets to the inside of the van box track using the 6 button-head cap screws (1/4 x 1/2
inch), 2 spacers, 2 button-head cap screws (1/4 x 1-1/2 inches), and 8 T-slot nuts
Ensure that you install the 4 brackets at the same desired height to ensure that the shelf is level.
1. Button-head cap screw (1/4 x 1-1/2 inches)

Torque the screws to 10 to 12 N∙m (90 to 110 in-lb).
