5. ASSEMBLY AND REPAIR OF THE MASSAGE CHAIR Do not attempt to disassemble the RELAXONCHAIR™ MK-CLASSIC yourself unless instructed to do so by RELAXONCHAIR’s Technical Support Team. Touching the internal components may result in malfunction or electric shock. The Massage Chair must be serviced or repaired by authorized service center.

THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THE POWER PLUG AND CORD • Check that the Alternating Current (AC) voltage corresponds with the specification indicated for the massage chair. • Do not connect or disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet with wet hands. This may result in malfunction or electric shock.
INSTALLATION STEP 1: REMOVING THE CHAIR AND PARTS FROM THE PACKAGE 1. Lift and remove main outer carton. 2. Remove cardboard and foam on both sides of the massage chair. 3. Remove accessory box (includes: instructions, power cord etc.). 4. Please check to make sure that everything is included in the box. 5.

INSTALLATION STEP 2: INSTALLING THE SIDE PANEL 1. Remove the side panels from the carton and take them out to begin assembly. 2. On the right-side panel, locate the gray air nose and two bolts (A and B) on the side panel. Air Nose 3.

INSTALLATION 4. Partially unscrew bolt A in the side panel and completely unscrew bolt B from the side panel. 5. Lift up the seat cushion and hook the bolt A over C to rest the side panel on the main body. 6.

INSTALLATION STEP 3: INSTALLING THE SHOULDER AIRBAGS 1. Unzip the black cloth cover on the shoulder Cloth Cover Pegs panel and find a gray air tube. 2. Find two pegs on the back side of the shoulder panel (as shown). Shoulder Panel 3.

INSTALLATION 7. Connect the air tubes as tight as you can to prevent air leak and loss of pressure during use. 8. Zip up the cloth cover. 9. Adjust the shoulder panel to fit your shoulder position if needed. - You can move the shoulder panel up and down by pulling the rear side of the panel and pressing down the front side of the panel.

INSTALLATION STEP 4: INSTALLING THE HEADREST AND SEAT CUSHION 1. Use the Velcro strips to connect the backrest and cover. 2. Lift up the seat cushion to find a Velcro strip and attach the extra seat cushion; tuck the strip under the seat and fold it up.
ADJUSTMENTS BEFORE MASSAGING 1. MOVING THE MASSAGE CHAIR • Hold the back of the massage chair and push downward to recline the chair to approximately a 45° Angle. • Roll it to desired position, using the rollers located at the rear bottom of the chair. Gently place the chair on the floor.

ADJUSTMENTS BEFORE MASSAGING 3. POWER ON/OFF • Connect the main power cord located in the back of the chair to standard 110V electrical outlet. • Turn On/Off the main power switch located at the back of the massage chair to power the chair On/Off.

MANUAL CONTROL DESCRIPTION OF BUTTON FUNCTIONS Start or Stop massage chair • Press this button to turn the massage chair ON. • Press this button again to turn massage chair OFF. Massage function will stop and the massage chair will come back to the original position. When the chair returns to the original position the chair will completely shut off and all buttons will be inactive.
