Connect your phone and PC via Your Phone
Connect your phone to your Windows PC. You can manage phone notifications, photos,
calls, etc., on your PC, access your phone screen and apps, or drag and drop files between
the devices.

On the phone, go to Settings > More connections > Link to Windows.

To use it for the first time, tap Link your phone and PC on your phone, visit
"www.aka.ms/phonelinkQRC" with your browser on a Windows PC and follow the on-
screen prompts to open the QR code.

Scan the QR code on the PC screen with your phone to log in and connect, and follow
the on-screen prompts to set permissions to complete the connection.

When using it in later times, enable Link to Windows on your phone to connect.
This function needs to be performed when both the phone and PC are connected to the

Add additional PC to your phone

On the phone, go to Settings > More connections > Link to Windows.

Click Add computer and follow the on-screen instructions to open the specified
interface on your PC and log in.

Enter the code from the PC screen on your phone and follow the on-screen prompts to
connect your phone and PC.
The new PC needs to be logged into the same Microsoft account as the phone.
Manage phone notifications and text messages on your PC
Once the phone is connected to your PC, you can manage your phone's notifications or
send and receive text messages through the PC.
