Please make sure that you have all the parts and hardware indicated above before you begin assembly of
this item.
Assembly instructions
1. Insert Batteries (F) Working from the back of the Clock Housing (A), remove the Back Panel (B). Place two "AA"
Batteries (F) into both the Clock Mechanism (C) and Chime Mechanism (D). Adjust the hand set knob on the Clock
Mechanism (C) to correct time. Set the chime switch to the "on" position. The Chime Mechansim (C) will chime 6
times for 6 a.m. Push the red bottom once and it will chime for 7 a.m. Continue to press the red button until the
number of chimes matches the correct hour. Note: To set the chime for 6 p.m. you must press the red button 12 times.
The Chime Mechanism (D) will not chime from ten o'clock p.m. to five o'clock a.m. Ajust the volume of the chime
on the back of Chime Mechanism (C). Replace the Back Panel (B).
2. Install Pendulum (E) Open the front door of the clock. Hang the Pendulum (E) onto the Clock Mechanism (C).
Hang the clock in the desired location.
Hanging hardware will be needed to secure this item to the wall in your home. Due to the many different
types of materials used in home construction you will need to choose an appropriate wall fastener to ensure
this item is securely hung. Please consult your local hardware specialist in selecting appropriate hardware
and determining proper installation procedures based on your particular needs.
