Check CN902 pin4, 5 = 12V
Check ON/OFF signal and the pin 12 of IC801 is 12V
Check the pin5 of IC801 have saw tooth wave
Check the PWM wave from the pin9,10 of IC801
Check Q802, Q803 PIN5, 6, 7, 8 have the
output of square wave at short time.
Check the output of T801, T802
Check connecter & lamp
