I am trying to help my elderly brother to change the settings in his phone as it only rings 4 times before going onto the answerphone. This does not allow him time to reach the phone. I live in another city and can only advise him by phone. He tells me that the phone screen only shows a large BT and he cannot access Menu. Thank you for your help.
