Johnson Suisse Emilia FTW Suite

DESCRIPTION
The Emilia suite is a fully concealed, low-projection, comfort height, rimless,
flush to wall suite that has a variable set out option.
The suite is supplied with an adjustable S Trap connector fitting that permits a 90-
140mm set out range. For longer set out (140-170mm) alternative connector
(Code X011B) is needed. see Diagram 1.
The suite may also be connected in a P Trap configuration (fittings not supplied).
Water inlet is back entry - an optional bottom-entry conversion kit (XJ108) is
available.
The cistern is bolted to the pan from inside the cistern tank and can be removed if
necessary for servicing.
The suite has a soft close seat JSEE101 that is attached via top-fixed bolts. The
seat is removable for cleaning. Other seat options are also available for this suite.
Floor fixing brackets are provided.

INSTALLATION STEPS
1. I nspect pan, cistern and seat for any transit or damage or other defects before starting installation.
2. C heck site roughing in, cistern tap position and assembly dimensions before starting installation. The Pan must be
installed on a level surface.
3. Place the pan in position ensuring it is aligned with the centreline of the sewer connection. Mark the location of the
pan fixing bolt holes.
4. Remove pan and locate the position of the floor brackets 25mm in from the external edges of the pan side. Drill the
holes (10mm) in the floor to attach the floor fixing brackets. (
5. For S Trap installation adjust the threaded bracing prop on the pan connector elbow to the correct length to suit the
set out. Cut the pan connector fitting to the correct length (173mm from wall) and height (190mm from floor) to suit
the job. Install the connector and secure the bracing prop to the back wall. Ensure that the outlet connection
engages correctly with the pan when fully back against the wall.(
