Setup and Cooking Smoke Flavor To add smoked flavor to your food may use wood chips or chunks. Follow the suggestions below: When grilling at higher temperatures you can add the wood chips or chunks through the door in the cooking grid. Close the bottom air control down to a low setting while adding the chips.
