VISUAL INSPECTION AND WARRANTY CHECK 2.1 Warranty Check Warranty confirmation of L1: IMEI sticker check: 1) The IMEI number MUST be the same with the one on the IMEI sticker. If not, it’s out of warranty policy 2) IMEI label should NOT be removed/ scratch or unreadable/ not approved or provided by Alcatel.
