- Page 6 ß Place the mixing bowl into the housing base. Turn the motor arm over and attach to the top of the base with the mixing paddle in the mixing bowl. Dismantling the Ice Cream Professional ß Carefully lift out the motor arm and lid from the top of the unit by lifting upwards. Turn over and lay on a fl at surface.
