• DO NOT use handLITE LED system if you suffer from Lupus
erythematosus, photosensitive eczema or Albinism. If you
use the handLITE LED system to treat Lupus erythematosus,
photosensitive eczema or Albinism you may cause a severe
skin reaction.
• DO NOT use handLITE if you suffer from any photosensitive
disorder (sensitization to light).
• Before using handLITE you must carry out a sensitization test.
• DO NOT use handLITE in any way that is not exactly as
specified in these instructions for use.
• TURN OFF and REMOVE handLITE immediately if it feels hot
or your skin feels uncomfortably warm.
• DO NOT use handLITE without first removing creams, lotions
or make-up. Some ingredients in these products may cause
light sensitization or may reduce the effect of the treatment.
• NEVER use handLITE near water or where water can be spilt
onto the product. DO NOT use handLITE if you think it has
come into contact with water.
• Keep handLITE away from HOT surfaces.
• DO NOT attempt to modify handLITE in any way. Modifying
handLITE will void your warranty. handLITE contains no
serviceable parts.
• DO NOT use handLITE if the light pad, controller, charging
cable are damaged in anyway.
• The handLITE strap contains a mixture of polyester, nylon and
lycra. If you are allergic to any of these materials, you may not
be able to use the strap provided.
