CLEANING, MAINTENANCE & STORAGE
Cleaning
Regularly clean your stove between uses and especially after extended periods of storage. Before cleaning and performing any maintenance on the stove, make
sure that it has cooled down. Wait for at least 30 minutes after turning it off, before performing any work on the appliance.
a. Make sure that the cylinder and the burner valves are tightly closed. Remove the grill to clean the hob more easily and efficiently.
b. Use a damp sponge to remove any persistent stains, a damp cloth and then a dry cloth to clean and dry all surfaces.
c. Never use abrasive substances, solvents or flammable cleaning agents.
Maintenance
The only parts of the equipment that need maintenance are the gas hose and cylinder. Ensure that these components comply with all applicable regulations and
are kept in good working order. Always use the new gaskets supplied with the gas cylinder to ensure a seal between the regulator and the cylinder.
Storage
Store your stove in a cool and moisture free area. When not in use, cover the burners with foil to protect them from insects, various debris, etc. If the stove is
to be stored indoors, the gas cylinder must be disconnected and placed outside. The gas cylinder must always be stored in an adequately ventilated outdoor
area, away from sources of heat or ignition. The appliance should be kept out of the reach of children.
